Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and The Galxee Group LLC ("we," "us"), which operates Bestseller Press at bestsellerpress.online (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Bestseller Press uses artificial intelligence to research book-market trends and to draft book content, including blueprints, chapters, listing copy, and illustration prompts. You review, approve, and publish your book yourself. We do not publish anything to Amazon or any other platform on your behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase anything from the Service.

3. Free trial, pricing, and payment

  • Free trial: each account may run up to 3 free research packets and receive one free book preview (the blueprint plus the first 2 chapters). We may change or end the free trial at any time, and we may limit accounts we believe are abusing it.
  • Single Edition ($19): a one-time payment that unlocks one book.
  • The Imprint ($39/month): a subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel, and includes up to 3 books per billing period. Unused books do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" in your studio; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice for future purchases.
  • Refunds: because AI generation has real costs the moment it runs, purchases are generally non-refundable once a book is unlocked. If something went wrong — a technical failure, a duplicate charge — email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

4. Your content and ownership

As between you and us, you own the content you create with the Service, including your generated book text, to the extent permitted by law. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. Note that the law on copyright protection for AI-generated material is unsettled, and we make no promise that your content is eligible for copyright protection.

5. AI-generated content: your responsibilities

  • AI output can contain errors, outdated information, or content similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing everything before you publish it.
  • Do not publish content that infringes others' rights, is defamatory, or is unlawful. Content giving medical, legal, or financial advice should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
  • You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish, including Amazon KDP's content guidelines and its requirement to disclose AI-generated content.

6. Market research is an estimate

Research is compiled from publicly available sources at the time it runs and is provided for informational purposes only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any book will sell, rank, earn royalties, or be accepted by any platform. Bestseller Press is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, free-trial limits, or payment requirements, including by creating multiple accounts.
  • Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or provide access to the Service to others without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access to it, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll update the effective date above and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
